The author formulates the axially symmetric thermal elastoplastic problem for circular two-layer hollow cylinder taking into account the frictional heating. It is assumed that the mechanical and thermal characteristics of the material do not depend on temperature. For solving the problem, all necessary equations are derived for determination of all parameters. The obtained equations should be solved jointly.
