Unitary equivalence of linear operators and integral operators with smooth kernels. (English. Russian original) Zbl 0801.45007

The author describes all linear operators on \(L_ 2 (0,\infty)\) which are unitarily equivalent to bi-Carleman integral operators whose kernels and Carleman functions have prescribed degree of smoothness and vanish at infinity.
