Li, Peiling; Liu, Ruxun Numerical study on generalized KdV equations and Itô-type coupled KdV equations. (English) Zbl 1199.65275 J. Univ. Sci. Technol. China 38, No. 9, 1042-1050, 1067 (2008). Summary: An implicit compact difference Padé scheme is used to solve fully nonlinear Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equations and Itô-type coupled KdV equations. Particularly, this method is applied to study the behavior of compacton solutions and solutions of Itô-type coupled KdV equations. Numerical results show the effectiveness of this scheme.
