Haïssinsky, Peter; Pilgrim, Kevin M. Examples of coarse expanding conformal maps. (English) Zbl 1267.37047 Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst. 32, No. 7, 2403-2416 (2012). In this interesting paper, the authors give further concerete examples of topologically coarse expending conformal and metrically coarse expanding conformal dynamical systems, introduced in their earlier work [Coarse expanding conformal dynamics. Astérisque 325. Paris: Société Mathématique de France (SMF) (2009; Zbl 1206.37002)], give applications of their general methods to a few recent topics of interest, and discuss implications for the computation of the conformal dimension. Several problems about the conformal gauges associated with these dynamical systems are also posed.
