Summary: In this paper, a correlation mining based method is proposed to extract simple gene-gene networks from microarray data. Sup-port based pair-wise correlations are computed for each pair of genes using only one pass over the dataset. Later correlated genes are used to construct such gene-gene network. This technique has been applied on time series gene expression data from yeast to construct gene-gene network and visualized.
