Summary: In Ukraine, the infrastructure for electric vehicles is developing intensively as the most economical and environmentally friendly product. Because of the economic crisis, rising prices for gasoline and oil, a lot of people began thinking about whether it is worth buying a car for us, and save some money in the future. Moreover, a lot of European countries are very strict in juridical sphere about this question, so that they implement laws, under which, almost all the population of the European countries will have to change cars with internal combustion engine on the electric one in the near future. In this article an application of the normal distribution method is proposed for solving the transport problem of the charging stations’ optimal location in a separate region. The analysis of sales statistics of electric cars, their technical properties for calculating certain restrictions for the transport task is carried out. A network of charging stations with a visual image on the map of Kyiv is being designed.
