Kazakova, D. S. Modeling of human organism muscle activity with the use of parallel computational technologies. (Russian. English summary) Zbl 1299.92019 Zh. Sredn. Mat. Obshch. 13, No. 3, 47-52 (2011). Four stages of muscle contraction are studied by a composite biochemical reaction, in which ten chemical substances are considered. For the description of this reaction, and according to the law of mass action, a mathematical model is suggested in the form of a Cauchy problem for a system of nine nonlinear differential equations. The solution of the relevant direct and inverse problem for this system is calculated trough parallel computation on supercomputers. Reviewer: Boris V.
