Bayesian churn models. (English) Zbl 1260.62020

Summary: We consider the problem of estimating the probability that a customer will abandon a company (churn). In such a context, a number of classical modelling challenges arise. We propose a Bayesian approach to the problem and compare it with classical churn models in a real case study.
