Tang, Yanzhen; Han, Ming M-Bayesian credible limit of reliability. (Chinese. English summary) Zbl 1212.62024 Pure Appl. Math. 25, No. 3, 521-525 (2009). Summary: For highly reliability products, zero-failure data situations happen sometimes in the reliability tests, especially in high reliability and small sample tests. This paper introduces a new parameter estimation method, the M-Bayesian credible limit method, zero-failure data situations. The definition, formulas and properties of the M-Bayesian credible lower limit for reliability are given. Finally, an example is given to show that the provided method is feasible and easy to perform.
