Summary: Interaction of soft shells with solids covered by them is investigated by finite elements method. The shells supposed to be made of thin membranes which are much more compliant in respect of stretching then the fibre nets by which these membranes are reinforced. Problems of numerical procedure’s convergence are discussed.
