Summary: Systems of differential motion equations of satellites having elastic rods and perfectly rigid bodies at their ends disturbed by a moment of external forces are derived. From the exact solution, the transfer functions of stabilization systems in the form of a ratio of quasi-polynomials are obtained. In the space of feedback coefficients, stability domains that take into account the delay time in a gas-jet actuating engine are constructed. The influence of the feedback coefficients and the delay time on transfer functions of the stabilization error is investigated.
