Summary: We consider the inverse scattering problem for a model of electromagnetic wave propagation in a stratified dispersive \(\Omega\)-material. The dispersive properties of the material are described by the Lorentz model with inhomogeneous strength factors. We reformulate the scattering problem in the frequency domain as a Riemann-Hilbert problem and study the uniqueness of reconstruction of the constitutive parameters from the scattering data.
