Let \([0,1]\) be the unit interval of the reals. The author defines a new \([0,1]\)-valued logic, which is a natural generalization of two-valued classical logic. The new logic uses \([0,1]\)-valued logic functions, which are generalizations of Boolean and/or pseudo-Boolean functions. \([0,1]\)-valued logic originated from the author’s research in the field of operations research.
