This book deals with issues of economic fluctuations, growth, and stabilizing role of fiscal policy. Conditions of the equilibria of a two-sector economy are analysed, as well as mathematical determinants of these equilibria and economic cycles. An analysis of the influence of government intervention in the market in terms of fiscal policy is carried out. The last part of the book provides an extension to the open economy. It contains a two-country model of coexistence and cooperation of a developed and developing country.
