The present work is a part of the project ‘Fractional order systems: analysis, applications, numerical methods’. The authors concentrate on a detailed analysis of a whole scale of ordinary differential equations, the order lying between 0 and 2, with the fractional differential operator being left-inverse to the Riemann-Liouville integral operator of second order.
