Some work on vertex-transitive graphs by Chinese mathematicians. (English) Zbl 0878.05045
Wan, Zhexian (ed.) et al., Group theory in China. Dedicated to Hsio-Fu Tuan on the occasion of his 82nd birthday. Dordrecht: Kluwer Academic Publishers. Math. Appl., Dordr. 365, 224-254 (1996).
This is an expository paper on vertex-transitive graphs, with emphasis on recent results obtained in this area by Chinese mathematicians. The two main topics dealt with are isomorphism problems for Cayley (di-)graphs and classifications of special subclasses (such as arc-transitive graphs of order a product of two primes). The topics covered here include also hamiltonicity and half-transitive graphs. There is an extensive list of references (more than 100 items).
