Summary: We review a recent progress in the domain of quantum stochastic dynamics for a quantum spin system on a lattice. In particular, we present some new construction of noncommutative \(L_p\) spaces and we show how one can exploit this framework to construct stochastic dynamics of jump and diffusion type.
