This article contains eleven open problems – these include problems on stability of a convex set of matrix polynomials and robust stability and passivity connection posed by B. D. O. Anderson, continuity properties of the real perturbation values and a real perturbation value decomposition posed by B. Bernhardson, numerical spectral properties of Hermitian Toeplitz matrices posed by Y. V. Gunin, a real counterpart to a singular \(H^\infty\)-optimal control problem and time varyingly stable interval systems by D. Hinrichsen order barrier due to stability for full discretizations of the advection equation by R. Jeltsch, on the simplest possible property of Hurwitz criterion by E. I. Jury, conversion of a formal power series to a continued fraction by J. Waldvogel, and degree of robust stability for fuzzy uncertainties by A. Weinmann.
