An approximate linearized Riemann solver for a two-fluid model. (English) Zbl 0847.76056
Summary: An approximate linearized Riemann solver is presented for the numerical simulation of two-phase flows. This new solver is based on a linearization of nonconservative products and uses an extension of Roe’s approximate Riemann solver. The scheme is applied to shock tube problem and to a standard test for two-fluid codes.
