The numerical solution of delay-differential-algebraic equations of retarded and neutral type. (English) Zbl 0837.65070
The numerical solution of the initial value problem for some kind of system of delay-differential-algebraic equations of retarded and neutral types is studied; its structure corresponds to that of Hessenberg differential-algebraic equations. Convergence results for linear multistep and implicit Runge-Kutta methods are given.
