Topological conformal field theories and the flat coordinates. (English) Zbl 0802.53034
Summary: We discuss the relation between topological conformal field theories and singularity theory. We argue that the problem of explicit solution of these theories is equivalent to that of finding the flat-coordinate basis in the space of couplings. The latter problem is the well-known problem of singularity theory. It has especially simple solutions in the case of minimal models.
