Common fixed points of maps on fuzzy metric spaces. (English) Zbl 0798.54014
In accordance to the approach of M. Grabiec [Fuzzy Sets Systems 27, 385-389 (1988; Zbl 0664.54032)], the authors establish some common fixed point theorems in fuzzy metric spaces for compatible maps in the sense of Jungck.
Reviewer’s remark: the contractive conditions used involve a continuous triangular norm $$*$$ such that $$t*t\geq t$$, $$t\in [0,1]$$. Since one always has $$t\geq t*t$$ for any $$t\in [0,1]$$, it seems that the norm $$*$$ must be necessarily min.
