Summary: Conditions are proposed for global observability of autonomous dynamic systems for cases in which the right side is described by polynomials or homogeneous polynomial forms. These conditions are applied to analysis of observability of systems using closed output-feedback loops, and to analysis of observability of the Euler equations of rigid-body dynamics.
