Taub, A. H. Positivity of energy in \(n\)-dimensional Lorentzian spaces. (English) Zbl 0583.53058 Lett. Math. Phys. 10, 55-62 (1985). The author generalizes his earlier result [ibid. 9, 243-253 (1985; Zbl 0574.53056)] that the total energy momentum vector in a five-dimensional Lorentzian space is a future pointing non-space-like vector (subject to certain conditions on the metric) to n dimensions. It turns out to be necessary to consider the cases of even/odd dimensions separately.
