Sci. 20, No. 1, 65-69 (2002). Summary: This paper presents a new type of public key cryptosystem on the basis of the RSA. In this new system, we still use the power residue function to encrypt, but periodicity of the cryptogram function has been removed. Therefore it is unlikely to be broken directly. This paper expounds and proves that the new system far exceeds the RSA in security.
