Summary: By indefinite variational method, the authors prove the existence of electrically and magnetically charged particle-like static solutions, known as dyons of the combined model consisting of the Georgi-Glashow model and the SO (3) gauged Skyrme model. The solutions are spherically symmetric, and depend on two continuous parameters. Finally, the asymptotic estimates of the solutions at infinity are established.
