Summary: This paper presents fuzzy decentralized state feedback and observer-based decentralized output feedback controllers for a class of discrete nonlinear interconnected systems with time-delay. First, an equivalent T-S fuzzy model is represented for the nonlinear interconnected system with time-delay, then fuzzy state feedback controller and observer-based fuzzy decentralized controllers are designed. Sufficient conditions for the stability of the fuzzy decentralized system with time delay are proposed by utilizing the Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, a simulation example illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
