Jin, Jingliang; Lü, Xiaoguo; Cao, Zhanghua; Ji, Xiaomin; Wang, Jinhua Zero-inflated Poisson models with censored data and applications. (Chinese. English summary) Zbl 1274.62168 Math. Pract. Theory 42, No. 1, 102-107 (2012). Summary: The zero-inflated Poisson is an effective model dealing with count data with excessive zeros. However, count data typically contain censored or inaccurate characteristics. We bring censored data into a ZIP model, respectively build up a fixed effect zero-inflated Poisson model and a random effects zero-inflated Poisson model. Additionally, the parameter estimation of the random effects zero-inflated Poisson model is surveyed systematically. At last, a real example illustrates that our models are feasible.
