Summary: We established conditions for the unique solvability of a problem with nonlocal two-point boundary conditions for partial differential equations with constant algebraically dependent coefficients in terms of the Diophantine properties of the discriminant of the characteristic polynomial on an algebraic manifold. The property of normality of the manifold is investigated, and the index of normality is determined.
