Summary: In this paper properties of fractional factors of graphs are discussed. The isolated toughness of graphs is defined and the relationship between the isolated toughness and fractional factors of graphs is studied. A sufficient condition for a graph to have fractional \((g,f)\)-factors with some constraints is given. Furthermore, some problems for further study are presented.
