Summary: The paper deals with a nonautonomus fishery model with stage-structure and delay. By using the theory of monotonicity of functional differential equations and concave operator theory of functional differential equations, the stability of positive periodic solutions of the dynamical system representing the fishery are derived, and their globally attracting behavior is discussed.
