Kaltenbacher, B. Iterative identification of hysteresis in Maxwell’s equations. (English) Zbl 1127.78012 COMPEL 26, No. 2, 306-316 (2007). The purpose of the present paper is two-fold: (i) to identify Preisach hysteresis operators in the magnetic field equations and (ii) to propose several iterative methods for solving this inverse problem. The methods developed in this paper are applied to the identification of hysteresis in piezoelectricity. Its items are heuristically matched to zbMATH identifiers and may contain data conversion errors. In some cases that data have been complemented/enhanced by data from zbMATH Open. This attempts to reflect the references listed in the original paper as accurately as possible without claiming completeness or a perfect matching.
