A method of separating of functionals for extracting of a local atomic structure. (Russian. English summary) Zbl 1059.81019

For crystal materials with a translation invariance in atom structure the diffraction method is one the base methods of deciphering of the local material structure. But there are known many kinds of materials (amorphous, rigid solutions, quasi- and nano-crystals etc.) for which the traditional diffraction technique does not provide the complete deciphering of the material structure. In this case a non-traditional diffraction technique can be used. In the article problems of the processing of the data of physical experiments for extraction of the information on the local atomic structure of materials with mutual locations of the atoms of the order of 5–6 Åare discussed.
