Zhu, Haowei; Yang, Limin; Han, Litao An HIV/AIDS mathematical model with drug resistance. (Chinese. English summary) Zbl 1438.92057 J. Biomath. 33, No. 1, 39-46 (2018). Summary: In this paper, an HIV/AIDS mathematical model with drug resistance is studied. The basic reproductive number, the global stability of the disease-free equilibrium, the existence and global stability of the endemic equilibria are discussed. The obtained results show that, the drug resistance can change the value of the basic reproductive number, thus affecting the transmission and prevalence of HIV/AIDS.
