Das, Manav; Edgar, G. A. Weak separation in self-similar fractals. (English) Zbl 1177.28019 Topol. Proc. 34, 245-282 (2009). Summary: We consider the “weak separation property” for graph-directed iterated function systems of similitudes in Euclidean space. The formulations that are known to be equivalent in the case of a strongly connected graph are, in general, no longer equivalent when the graph is not strongly connected.
