Dasgupta, Ratan; Roy, Sisir Spectrum of zero point field and statistical stability. (English) Zbl 1146.81051 Commun. Appl. Anal. 11, No. 1, 27-34 (2007). Summary: The source of zero point field (ZPF) as an aggregate of random electromagnetic fields generated by charged particles through out the universe is shown to be inconsistent with Lorentz invariance. Here, we have used the idea of statistically stable distributions in analyzing the spectral density of ZPF.
