Math. 23, No. 2, 267-283 (2005). Summary: We study the steady flow of an incompressible polar fluid between two rotating eccentric cylinders. Expressions for velocity, stream function and spin are obtained. The torque acting on the inner cylinder is calculated, and the effects of the coupling number, the eccentricity and the relative rotational speed of the cylinders on the flow behaviour are discussed.
