Phys. 3, No. 4, 413-422 (1995). Summary: A model of a quantum-mechanical particle in contact interaction with a plane in the presence of a homogeneous magnetic field is discussed. We show that, for large values of the interaction constant, the Hamiltonian of such a system has a point spectrum whose low-energy part is close to the Landau level system.
