Dans cet article, l’A. donne un exemple d’une courbe lisse, \(C\subseteq \mathbb{P}^3\), dont le fibré normal, \(N_C\), est stable. La courbe dont il s’agit a degré 6, genre 2 et vérifie \(\mathcal O_C(1)\simeq \omega_C^{\otimes 3}\). Le plongement complet, \(\phi\), est dans \(\mathbb{P}^4\) et la courbe \(C\) est vue comme projection par un point \(p\in\mathbb{P}^4\) de \(\phi(C)\). Le comportement de \(N_{C/\mathbb{P}^3}\) dépend de la position du point \(p\). La démonstration est une analyse fine de la situation géométrique. Depuis, d’autres résultats ont été obtenus sur le sujet. Deux autres cas particuliers ont été traités [P. E. Newstead, J. Lond. Math. Soc., II.
